We accept returns within 10 working days of purchase for unopened and unused products. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at with your reason for return and to finally get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. We are here to help and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Though, we don’t accept returns of opened and used products. 


Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment after careful inspection of the problem and validating the reason for the refund. If an unused and unopened product is returned within 10 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued. If a product is returned after 10 days of purchase under exceptional circumstances, a store credit will be issued.

In case of Damaged Products

If a product is received in a damaged and unusable condition, please contact our customer support team within 3 working days of receipt. As per our internal inquiry into the damage, we may replace the original product with a new one and deliver back within 30 days of return.

In case of Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier service for resolution.

Changes to Policy
